811 is the new nationwide call-before-you-dig phone number. Calls to 811 will be routed to the appropriate one-call center for the state where you are planning to dig. The one-call center will notify local utilities to mark their underground lines before digging.
Listed below are phone numbers for the one-call centers in states where CPPL operates pipelines. Call 811 or the state one-call number two or three days (requirements vary by state) before doing any kind of digging. It's easy and it's free, so there's no reason not to call.
