Contractor Qualification
Contractors who wish to do business with ConocoPhillips Pipe Line Company and intend to work at any of CPPL's managed work locations should be members of ISNetworld (www.isnetworld.com) and complete the qualification documents required for membership. If an exception to the ISNetworld requirement is supported by CPPL, contractors intending to work at a CPPL-managed worksite must complete a contractor qualification form to ensure they meet safety standards. Contractors interested in establishing a contract with CPPL must have a Total Recordable Incident Rate of 2.0 or less (averaged) over the past 3 years.

Contractor Insurance Requirements (as of 12/2006)
Minimum Coverage Amounts:
- Employer’s Liability -- $1MM limit per occurrence
- Auto Liability -- $1MM limit per occurrence
- General Liability -- $1MM limit per occurrence
Primary Coverage
- Ensures Contractor’s insurer will pay first for liabilities contractually assumed by Contractor.
Names ConocoPhillips/CPPL As Additional Insured
- Enables ConocoPhillips/CPPL to make claim directly with Contractor’s insurer. Covers defense costs, settlements or judgments up to the insurance limit.
Must Have Waiver of Subrogation Clause

Prevents the transfer of rights to an insurer that effectively enables an insurer to recover from a third party (ConocoPhillips /CPPL) the amount it paid to its insured (Contractor) for a loss
